Do you carry Errors & Omissions Insurance?

Yes. We have had it since the beginning of our operation nearly 30 years ago, yet our outstanding service has prevented us from needing to use it. Still, we feel it’s always good to have protection.

Do you keep a log of past phone calls?

There have been times our clients have had the desire to review previous calls or messages. It’s important to us that these items remain accessible. To this end, we guarantee that calls and messages are logged for at least seven years.

Are your operators knowledgeable about the medical industry?

All of our communications specialists are required to complete extensive training in medical terminology, hospital procedures, and insurance/HMO verification.

Arizona’s power grid is susceptible to power failure. Do you have any safeguards in place to avoid interruption?

Our back-up power system ensures we can provide you and your patients with uninterrupted service every minute of every hour of every day.

Many of my patients speak Spanish. Do you?

Over 50% of our staff speaks fluent Spanish and are happy to assist patients of all different ethnic backgrounds.

Will my patients ever have trouble getting through?

It should be comforting to know that we are able to accept more than 115 simultaneous incoming calls. This means there will never be a busy signal, day or night.

How does the billing work?

Cosmopolitan clients pay only for the time they use with our services. It makes sense to us that our clients are successful, which is why we offer fair and understandable billing.

How can one service be right for everybody?

One service cannot be right for everybody, which is why the vast majority of services we provide to you are custom-tailored to your needs and desires. To that effect, the range of our services and how they are executed is virtually limitless.
