The Application Process

You can expect the following process when applying with Cosmopolitan:

1. We will review your application. The reviewing process generally takes up to 10 business days.
2. If your application meets qualifications and current business needs, we will call you to invite you to our office for a short assessment and a Job Profile Assessment
3. Applicants selected for further consideration will be setup for a short telephone screening.
4. Applicants selected for further consideration will be asked to return for a more in-depth interview .
5. Applicants receiving offers of employment will be required to submit to a background check and drug testing. Applicants will be required to report to a contracted testing facility within 24 hours of receiving a conditional offer of employment.
